Simone is a Nashville recorded singer, songwriter, and worship leader who is sought after in the Nebraska region to offer music at a variety of venues including local churches, synod events, national ELCA events, businesses and non-profit gatherings, which assists in raising funds for the ongoing work of Table Grace Cafe. She is co-founder of Table Grace, and currently serves as Outreach Director of the organization. Simone serves as Director of Contemporary worship at Morning Star Lutheran Church.
Simone Weber is a singer and musical artist whose voice and lyrics inspire her listeners. Her music is reflective and hope-filled with haunting tones that will tug at the heart. Simone has been inspired along the way by many including Bob Dylan, Mindy Smith, Joni Mitchell, Plumb, Amy Grant, Louis Armstrong, The David Crowder Band and Five for Fighting.
Simone is pursuing music as an independent singer and songwriter. She trained in Nebraska, and refined her songwriting skills and expanded her network in New York City. Simone debuted at Madison Square Garden as a strolling musician and caroler in "The Christmas Carol." She also performed at other venues in New York such as the Kavehaz, the Bowery Poetry Club, The Triad Lounge, and Christ Church.
Besides her outstanding solo concerts which highlight her songwriting, Simone performs with Soli Deo Gloria Cantorum directed and established by the dynamic duo, Almeda and Jackson Berkey of Mannheim Steamrollers. As a soloist Simone provides music for weddings, funerals and other special events, teaches private voice, piano, drum, bass and guitar lessons, and has been a guest conductor and vocal coach for choirs in the area.
